Jana serves as the Director of Tax Services for Wolf’s Financial Institutions group and is responsible for the successful delivery of tax compliance and planning services to our financial institution clients across New England. In addition to client services, Jana is responsible for the editorial direction of the tax section of In the Notes, our newsletter for financial institutions. She also addresses bankers and other professionals on various tax-related topics including tax law changes and tax planning.

BACKGROUND

Jana joined the Firm in 2000. She has more than twenty-five years of experience providing tax compliance and planning services to financial institutions.

AREAS OF EXPERTISE

Her experience in providing tax planning services includes federal and state tax minimization, merger and acquisition analysis, transaction structuring, due diligence review and compensation and benefits planning.
