Randy is a Manager of Professional Services in the WolfPAC Solutions Group. In this position, Randy oversees all WolfPAC® module implementations.
Randy is a twenty year veteran in the financial services industry, with a focus on information technology, operations, project management, and risk management. Beginning his career in a management training program at a community bank, and ultimately directing Information Technology Departments for two banks, Randy developed an understanding of bank technology and operations from the ground up. He also has overseen Project Management and Sales Support for a worldwide EFT software provider. In this capacity, Randy worked extensively in project management, system development lifecycles, and quality programs.
Randy has extensive experience designing and implementing information security and IT risk management programs, developing IT strategies to guide technology investments to meet the overall goals of an institution, and implementing disaster recovery programs that pass real life disaster scenarios. Because Randy has worked in both the operations and technical sides of the financial services industry—from both a service provider and end user standpoint, he can bring an understanding of how to implement relevant change in an organization to meet strategic goals, while maintaining sound business principles. These skills are a tremendous asset to Wolf’s clients.
