Tom serves as the Director of the Firm's Financial Institutions group and serves mutual and stock institutions, bank holding companies, mortgage banking companies, and credit unions throughout New England. Additionally, Tom is a member of Wolf’s Executive Committee where he is responsible for leading the Firm’s strategic direction.
Since joining the firm in 1970, Tom has served the Firm’s financial services clients. In addition to providing auditing and financial reporting services to banks and bank-related clients, Tom provides a variety of advisory services related to matters including mergers and acquisitions, stock conversions, regulatory reporting requirements and special investigations.
Tom has made presentations to various organizations including the Massachusetts Bankers Association, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Massachusetts Mortgage Bankers' Association and the Massachusetts Credit Union League on topics such as: Market value accounting; Quarterly reporting and other generally accepted accounting principles; and Reporting standards.
