Wolf’s Michael Cohn to speak about social media at Graduate School of Banking at Colorado, 7/19-7/20

Michael will present Banking on Social Media? on Monday, July 19, 2010 from 4:30 - 5:30 p.m. After attending this session students will:

  • Understand how banks use social media tools to increase brand awareness, interact with customers and build new relationships
  • Be aware of privacy, security, regulatory compliance and other risks associated with social media
  • Understand how a social media disaster affects the bank and its customers
  • Be aware of the steps a bank can take to help implement an effective social media strategy

Michael will also participate in a panel discussion, Uses & Abuses of Social Media on Tuesday, July 20, 2010 from 4:30 - 5:30 p.m. During the discussion, Mike will provide insight and address questions about social media risks and corporate governance issues for community banks.
