The final rules for Regulation E regarding overdraft services prohibit financial institutions from charging overdraft fees on Automated Teller Machine (ATM) and one-time debit card transactions unless a consumer opts-in.  All institutions must comply by July 1, 2010.

July 1 is fast approaching.  Are you ready to comply?

Join us for a complimentary client webinar: Understanding Regulation E - Overdrafts.  You'll receive an overview of the new rules to help you understand the requirements and validate that your institution is taking the appropriate steps to comply.

After this session, attendees will:

  • Understand the new overdraft requirements added to Regulation E;
  • Understand how the new rules impact your financial institution;
  • Be familiar with potential ways to approach the new requirements; and
  • Know what institutions can and cannot do to address the new requirements.

Who should attend?

Overdraft Protection Program Coordinators, Retail Operations Managers, Deposit Operations Managers, Compliance Officers, Risk Officers, Internal Auditors, Electronic Banking Personnel
