Randy Marsicano

Professional Services Senior Manager

Departments:

Randy is the Senior Manager of Professional Services for WolfPAC Integrated Risk Management®, where he oversees all Enterprise Risk Management Advisory Services and WolfPAC module implementations. A national speaker and advisor to community financial institutions, he works with our clients to create and improve their ERM programs and drive costs down.

Randy resides in Saratoga, NY with his wife, Linda. They have two children, Trevor and Samantha, and two grandchildren, CJ and Jake. In his free time, he can be found playing one of his seven guitars or volunteering at his local church in the band.

Areas of Expertise

Randy has over 30 years of experience designing and implementing risk management, vendor management, technology, and operational management programs. His expertise includes developing IT strategies to guide technology investments to meet the overall goals of an institution, and implementing disaster recovery programs that pass real life disaster scenarios.

With his work in both the operations and technical sides of the financial services industry—from both a service provider and end user standpoint—Randy brings an understanding of how to implement relevant change in an organization to meet strategic goals, while maintaining sound business principles. Beginning his career at a community bank, and ultimately directing Information Technology Departments for two banks, he developed an understanding of banking technology and operations from the ground up. Randy has also overseen project management and sales support for a worldwide Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) software provider.
