Governing Law and Forum
The Terms and Condition shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Massachusetts, without giving effect to any principles of law conflict. Any dispute between you and WolfPAC regarding the content or use of the Website shall be resolved arbitration under the Commercial Rules of the American Arbitration Associations. By agreeing to arbitration, the parties understand and agree that they are waiving their rights to use other available resolution processes, such as a court action or administrative proceeding, to settle their disputes. The parties agree that these terms and conditions require the use of arbitration on an individual basis to resolve covered disputes, rather than jury trials or class actions.
